Do you have to use Fairlife milk in Ninja Creami recipes?  Why do so many recipes use it?

You do not need to use Fairlife milk to make anything in the Ninja Creami.

Fairlife milk is ultra-filtered milk that is made in such a way that it concentrates protein and calcium while filtering out lactose and natural sugars.  It's available in whole, 2%, fat-free, strawberry, and chocolate.

Fairlife milk is lactose-free, does not contain artificial growth hormones, has a longer shelf life, and has 50% more protein and 50% less sugar than regular milk.

Many recipes use Fairlife milk because some prefer to use it in their regular diet, making it convenient to use to make ice cream.  Many have said that the final result is a very creamy ice cream texture.

If a recipe calls for Fairlife milk, you can use whatever kind of milk you prefer.

Be sure that the recipe says Fairlife MILK and not a Fairlife protein shake of some sort.  They are totally different things.  Fairlife MILK is milk that is found in the refrigerated section of grocery stores...with the milk.  Fairlife PROTEIN SHAKES are in small bottles and sold by the case in the protein shake section of grocery stores.
