Paddle won't stay in the lid...

There are various reasons that this can happen, none that have been confirmed by the manufacturer.

Sometimes the paddle will disconnect from the lid.  This can happen when you try to clip the paddle into the lid or when you put the outer bowl with the lid on it into the machine.​

How to resolve the issue...

Review the manual to make sure that you have assembled everything correctly.  It seems like once the blade/paddle comes off once, the problem continues to happen.

Continuing to use the machine when the blade has fallen out could cause bigger problems. You should call Ninja directly to resolve this issue.

Do not buy a new paddle without first contacting Ninja as the paddle may not be the issue.
